The Gift of Inspiration
Inviting yourself to find inspiration in the world around you is a gift to yourself as well as others. We all benefit from someone who follows their passions and takes notice when inspiration strikes.
In my own life, I seek inspiration in the important work I do with my patients. This space is a sacred one for me—I have been given the incredible gift of getting to do what I love. From the therapy room to running my business, to speaking and sharing all that I’ve learned, I’ve made the commitment to give all that I know to others, and that is what brings me joy.
Inspiration is found in the ways we work and play.
I’m inspired by sunrises and adore nature.
I feel connected to the ocean and would be on a sailboat at all times if I could.
I absolutely LOVE sea turtles.
Playing tennis with my husband is one of my favorite things to do.
I am inspired by the love of my husband and children, and the intentional care of taking time to explore my own mind and spirit.
I am honored to walk alongside those with whom I work, whether patients or employees, and stay open to inspiration from them or on their behalf.
So what inspires you?
